the communication of Roseland furniture delivery was very poor. I was given a reference number for the delivery which was not a tracking number and therefore quite useless. When I could not use the number to track my delivery I contacted Roseland and Customer Services gave me a delivery day. I waited in all that day and no delivery came I then got a delivery day and tracking number from Tuffnells. The delivery arrived and the cardboard box was wet and damaged, but when unpacked the contents were in good condition. Assembly was not straightforward and took some time. The coffee table was excellent value and looks good now.
