Communication regarding delivery was good as some items were not in stock at time of ordering. All items delivered in good condition and packing was particularly good. We had a small problem with some missing screws (which we were unable to source locally) and asked Roseland if they could supply these. Assembly of the furniture was delayed until these arrived over a week later and with some prompting. About half of the screws were the correct size with the rest being an assortment of types and sizes, some of which were not suitable. I managed to replace the worst offenders from my own "collection". Whilst a relatively minor inconvenience, it was a shame that the suite of furniture could not be completed following delivery. However, overall we are pleased with the furniture and feel it was competitively priced. I feel we would purchase from Roseland again.
