Online purchase simple. Order confirmation fine. Delivery information non-existent for several days. Tracking information gave name of wrong courier. Eventual email/SMS from courier indicated delivery later same day so no chance to arrange to be in. By chance was at home and delivery made without problem. Overall could provide better information to customer. Product fine.
