We ordered a tv stand and the money went out immediately. However, we were very disappointed that we never received a confirmation e-mail causing a little consternation on our part. The item was out of stock causing a long delay, again we did the chasing as to its whereabouts. Then unfortunately the stand was damaged in transit. From then on it was dealt with quickly and professionally and our replacement arrived safely and we are very pleased with it.
