Furniture ordered and I was advised furniture was to be delivered during a one week period.
At the end of the specified week I had heard nothing more and when I checked online with the tracking system there was no information.I emailed Roseland but received no reply.
Subsequently I telephoned,staff were polite and apologetic but could not trace furniture.
I telephoned again and was told that carrier had returned furniture to one of Roseland’s warehouses.Redelivery could not be initiated until goods had been checked and reentered in the system there would then be a six day delay before carrier would deliver so probably two week delay.Order cancelled and full refund issued.Would respectfully suggest that I could have been contacted by email to cnfirm delivery date.
