Such a shame you are let down by your delivery service. I ordered a Farrow sideboard and 12 days later had not received it. I contacted yourselves and was told that there had been a problem and the item had not left your warehouse. The XPD track service was then updated immediately and the item was delivered the next day. I am completely happy withy the item it was well packaged and looks great in our dining room. I emphasise that this was not a problem with XPD.
