By far the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Had our furniture arrived undamaged I would have been more than happy with it. However 2 sets of drawers out of 5 items were badly damaged. Not delivered by 2 people as stated on website. Replacements were also damaged so I decided then I would prefer a refund for the whole set rather than accept £40 discount! Getting a refund proved very hard work and in the end I needed to use PayPal to do it for me.
Getting through on the phone lines is a nightmare, after a 20 minute wait I got a recording saying the mail box was full and the line went dead. This was not once but every time. When I did eventually speak to someone neither Jamie or Dan called me back to update me on uplift or refund information. Email wasn't any better as I got a standard reply with no name or a direct contact. No one takes ownership when there is an issue.
No doubt covid will be blamed but that's no excuse for such poor customer service!
