I love the furniture we ordered, it's sturdy and looks great. There were a couple of issues, which I'll explain, but I must say the customer service is excellent. The bookcase I ordered came damaged. I sent off an email, next day they asked me to send pictures then no arguments within a couple days it had been exchanged. I also ordered a TV stand and nest of tables which came with no issues. At the same time we had ordered a side board, and when it didn't arrive with the other bits I sent another email just enquiring where it had got to. Had a reply 24hour later, it appears to have been lost, we shall send you another. So like I said, lovely furniture and great customer service. One thing I would suggest though, I would have appreciated having a delivery date on day of ordering or soon after. The order was also split in half, so the bookcase arrived on one day and the other parts a few days later.
