I am very happy with the furniture that has been supplied. I had issues in that one piece arrived very battered and it was hard not being able to speak to someone on the phone. However, they did respond to the email communication and the furniture was exchanged within the week. BUT the courier was working alone and the chest explicitly said 2 man lift. Due to the shocking condition of the first piece, I got my partner to help unloading the replacement.
