I have not even received my product yet but have had problems I wanted to cancel because the discount that they gave me when I paid for the order did not come off the total, first. Second, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order. she did everything but cancel my order, after repeatedly asking her to do so. Even insulted me. So when my order comes I am going to refuse it and it'll go back to them wherever it comes from and I want my money back.
