I have used RWR before and have been pleased with their good value for money service. On this occassion after a slow response (2 weeks) to my initial enquiry the level of communication from Kristene has been excellent. I used the postal service for both delivery and receipt of my Tag Heuer which, although relatively expensive was efficient. I had the watch ultrasound cleaned but can't really see the difference, I hadn't expected too. The watch is now working normally after its battery change which is what I used the service for. I recommend RWR for a good value for money watch service.
