“I bring a small collection of watches to the london bridge branch for battery/strap changes. Quality long lasting batteries with warranty included. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, buy cheap, buy twice and I csn trust them with my valuable watches. Watches are cleaned and polished on collection too! Very convenient location on my way to work which is great.”

“So happy I found this place! I brought in my favorite watch that had stopped working, and they fixed it up perfectly. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was really smooth. My watch hasn’t looked or worked this good in years. I’ll definitely be recommending them to family and friends.”

“If you value your watch at all DO NOT USE Ross Watch Repairs. I took my watch to be repaired initially as it had stopped working. When I went to pick it up, the guy working on it was on a video call on his phone at the same time as he was carrying out the repair. When he was finished I saw that there was a crumb of bread or pastry under the glass! He'd obviously also been eating whilst fixing my watch. I pointed this out, and I was told that the issue could be rectified but not immediately as he needed to 'ultrasonically clean the case', which was clearly not not true. All that was required was some attention to detail and for the crystal to be cleaned. On making a complaint, I was told that they would remove the crumb and I was to be offered a measly 20% refund. Against my better judgement, I agreed, but when the watch was returned there was still a grease spot on the glass where the crumb had been. At this point I complained again, but having lost all faith in RWR, I decided against taking them up on the offer of cleaning the glass. Lastly, as another reviewer has pointed out, their guarantee of work supplied with repairs is not worth the paper it's written on. These guys are cowboys. Avoid if you value your watch.”

“Quick professional service. Dropped the watch off at the Shard branch and picked it up 1.5 hours later with a new battery, shiny clean and got the bracelet size reduced. Friendly, professional service.”

“My watch stopped working. Called in at Ross Watch Repairs. Had it checked immediately and a new battery fitted. Paid a fair price. Advice was offered about future service work but with no pressure selling. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Brilliant service! I popped in on my way to work and by lunchtime they had sourced my perfect strap from a different branch (they had lots of gorgeous stock but I am particular), fit it beautifully, and had it ready for me to collect. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”
