Found this company by accident, luckily for me. Have just had two Raymond Weil watches come back after having had their batteries replaced. Service was spot on. From the initial email enquiry on costs they have been very prompt.Keep me updated at every step of process. Prices could not be beaten, and had them back within the week. The last time I enquired in a high street shop they quoted £80 and watch would be away for a month...and this was over three years ago. Brilliant service and prices will definitely use again and would recommend without hesitation from one very happy customer
