I was delighted with the service I received from Ross Watch Repairs. I sent my watch off for a new battery to be fitted on the Friday and received confirmation on Saturday they had received it. The watch was returned to me in good working order on the Monday. At each stage they kept me informed of their progress and I cannot think of any way they could improve their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.
