I had a very good experience with Ross Watch Repairs. As instructed by email I sent my watch off special delivery and received an email acknowledging receipt the next day. Two days later I was informed that the watch was ready and it arrived through my door two days after that. So a prompt, helpful and courteous service. I give 4 stars, not 5, only because I would hope in normal times not to pay my local jewellers as much as I paid in this instance, but of course I might be disappointed!
