I came to pick up my watch because I was told that my bracelet can't be repaired I felt really disappointed because this watch has sentimental meaning as I bought it years ago in Tokyo. I even started to look for new belt to replace my bracelet. I was lucky that Craig was working that day and he said that he will take a second look and unbelievable happened!
