Very nervous as you can imagine sending my ebel watch via post but i was sent an email as soon as RWR received it. The watch had a battery replacement, reseal, pressure test and I took advantage of the ultra sonic clean. My watch was returned back to me within two working days and I was sent an email that the work had been completed and would be returning to me by special delivery. I have absolutely no complaints about the service which normally cost more than double and can take two months when I have used a jewellery store to be sent off for the same work. I will be using again as the service was so good and my watch came back looking so clean. Thank you RWR for excellent communication at all times.
