Sent my Tag Heuer watch by special delivery for new battery and pressure testing. Returned to me less than 48 hours later in secure packaging. The price was good (a fraction of the price quoted by Tag direct) and communication throughout was excellent - email on receipt, invoice the same day, email on completion of work. First class service, and will definitely use Ross again. Highly recommended.
