Took my watch in to the Canary Wharf branch to be repaired as could not get it working after I tried to change the battery myself! RWR had a look at it and managed to get it working after first trying a new battery but then noticing a tiny contact inside the watch was not connecting. Lesson learnt, let the professionals fix it!! Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend RWR!
