Tag Heuer watch needed a replacement battery. I was reluctant to use a postal service but Alec put my mind to rest and explained the whole process... Excellent communication from the time I sent watch and receiving it within 5 days and this was during the Christmas break too... Watch was resealed and pressure tested and very happy with service offered.
