When you own a top quality watch you dont want just anyone to repair it and me more than most was more than a little sceptical about sending my prized possession through the post to someone I dont know nor can see!! But I did it and wow what a result, to start there was excellent communication, rapid turnaround (posted and received back in 5 working days) and everything I wanted doing was done, cant praise Ross Watch Repairs enough, if your thinking about all the issues that I was then fear no more, get it in a bag and get it sent off........
