I contacted RWR on a Monday to inquire about a new battery for my EBEL watch. I was then confident to post my watch later the same day. I received a message on Tuesday to say the watch had arrived and to confirm the price of the battery and any additional services. I had a call to say the work was completed on Thursday and I received the watch back by special delivery on Saturday morning and an emailed guarantee. A very efficient service at about a third of the price my local EBEL retailer had previously charged.
