Excellent service from start to finish. Emailed me with lots of info at first. . I then sent my watch off. they told me they had received it and offered me a discounted service on getting some scratches out which I decided to do. Within a couple of days they emailed again telling me my watch was ready to send back,I paid straight away through BACS and I received my watch the next day. I am very pleased with the result and the costs. Not only a great service but a good price too. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Thx Emma and Rob Mennell
