A high street jeweller quoted £116 for changing the battery in my Raymond Weil Parsifal ladies dress watch. RWR were under a third of that cost and I had my watch back special delivery in 3 working days - absolutely brilliant. I could have had it cleaned and polished by them at a very reasonable price too (but it didnt need it). Will definitely be using them again.
