Excellent service with no problems at all. My Ebel watch needed a new battery and RWR provided this service at a very reasonable £49.99. When the watch had been checked over I was offered and accepted a full watch polishing (including a free ultrasonic cleaning) for £40. For payment I used PayPal and the watch was returned to me within a week by Royal Mail Special Delivery and looked like new. Highly recommended.
