I found Ross Watch Repairs to be professional, helpful and friendly at all points. Communications were speedy and polite. I had requested a new battery, a re-seal and pressure test and an ultrasonic clean for my Tag watch. All of this was done very quickly at an excellent price and the item was returned the next day.
