I am old school as in I would much rather take my watch somewhere and have the battery fitted while I waited, but that was not as easy as i expected. I did not like the sound of sending my watch to a company which I had never dealt with before! That being said...... I emailed Ross Watch repairs after I had read some of the reviews, they emailed back straight away, telling me how to send the watch to them etc. I popped to the post office using the service they suggested and sent my watch to them in the 5pm Friday post. They emailed to say they had received it. On the Monday they telephoned to take payment and I received it in the post on the Tuesday........ Thank you so much for the First Class Super Fast service. I will defo be using you again when my little old TAG watch needs anything - Terrie
