Rather poor customer service made an order at the start of the year with one item being on backorder. Called to find out the lead time and was told 2 weeks so placed my full order, after many emails and nearly 4 months later still don't have it. when requesting an update back in late Feb was told they'd find out and let me know shortly, apparently shortly means never. After chasing it up today was offered a refund for the missing item, Will be taking future business elsewhere from now on.
