It was great, Andrew and Gemma did a fantastic job. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the residual smell, but I guess that can't really be helped. It has lingered several days though. The actual cleaning was first class, I am very pleased, and have already recommended you to a friend, who I think is considering an estimate.
I'll be back to you in a couple of years when it will need doing again.
