“Appointment times were kept as promised. The work carried out was clean and very efficiently done. Andrew, Graham and Daniel were very concious of the fact that my neighbours car needed to be moved to ensure no damage was caused and they cleaned their drive on completion. I would highly recommend Rothwell's for all the services they provide.”

“Leigh was very efficient and professional. Only one thing l was informed that Andrew was the dealing with my carpet cleaning throughout all correspondence. Not a big concern just an observation. I have recommended your company to some friends. I am very pleased with the result following the cleaning. Please send my thanks to Leigh.”

“Excellent service, very thorough, considerate, helpful and worked really hard. When you get the whole house done you need to be prepared for it to take a few days to dry out, the only other point and it is a small one the stain protector coul do with having a more fragrant smell”

“Rothwells are a family business and treat their clients with the utmost professionalism. They explain everything in great detail when they first come to see you. They give you a quote, with no pressure and follow up with phone calls or e-mails. They will move as little or much as you require. Gemma came to see me first and explained everything and Louie, the technician was brilliant and many a really first class job of it. thank you.”

“I’m very pleased to have found this local company online, who cleaned our carpets and Karndean flooring recently. The quote process was easy and transparent. I submitted my query over the weekend and received a message from Rothwells to reassure me they would get back to me during working hours, which they did on the Monday morning. There was an email explaining the work and what was needed (moving furniture and parking) along with a reminder just before the day. Andrew was prompt, very efficient and the end result is fantastic! Thank you!”
