“Absolutely amazing service. They even managed to remove a large amount of greasy soot caused by a chimney fire. We thought our newly laid wool carpet had been ruined and would need to be replaced but Andrew managed to restore it to its former condition. Nothing was too much trouble, definitely recommend them 100%.”

“Unfortunately the tea stain wasn’t completely removed The carpet was left in a very wet condition taking 3 days to dry out. More importantly to us we could not use the room during this period.”

Hello Lorraine. Sorry to hear the tea stain did not come out. We do warn people, both on the phone and in email confirmations, that not all stains are completely removable. Obviusly we do try and get stains out completly, but some it is impossible. I know it will be disappointing if a stain does not come out completely, which is why we do try and be upfront that it might not come out before booking. It would be very rare if a carpet takes 3 days to dry, I can not think why that would be. You can use all carpets immediately after cleaning, even when damp.

“Excellent, friendly snd efficient especially when faced with an unexpected equipment malfunction- the matter was resolved speedily with as little disruption to us as possible. We are pleased with the fished job with the stars and landing looking very refreshed.We would have appreciated some advice on future stain protection. Many thanks”

“Had two arm chairs cleaned by Andrew. He arrived earlier that estimated and got straight on with the job. Very efficient and had finished within an hour. Very pleased with outcome, thank you.”

“Really delighted with the job Rothwells did cleaning my patio & pathways. The technician (Andrew) arrived at the time promised, completed the work efficiently & took the time afterwards to explain what he'd done. I would recommend Rothwells.”

“All your staff have been very pleasant and efficient. Gemma with first quote and Louise with amended. Andrew with the cleaning. Unfortunately there is a small patch that needs to be rectified When I spoke to Gemma she explained what is was and was very efficient in the way she scheduled the revisit. I have given 5stars assuming that the rectification will be successful.All in all I think you are lucky to have such pleasant staff so please thank them for me. Regards George Mckeown.”
