“Really delighted with the job Rothwells did cleaning my patio & pathways. The technician (Andrew) arrived at the time promised, completed the work efficiently & took the time afterwards to explain what he'd done. I would recommend Rothwells.”

“Leigh cleaned my sofa, footstool and chair. He was polite and friendly. Efficient service, pleased with the results. The lady on the phone is always lovely, unfortunately forgotten her name.”

“All your staff have been very pleasant and efficient. Gemma with first quote and Louise with amended. Andrew with the cleaning. Unfortunately there is a small patch that needs to be rectified When I spoke to Gemma she explained what is was and was very efficient in the way she scheduled the revisit. I have given 5stars assuming that the rectification will be successful.All in all I think you are lucky to have such pleasant staff so please thank them for me. Regards George Mckeown.”

“It was easy to make an appointment with Rothwells, communication was excellent and they arrived on time. It took about 2 hours for 1 lounge, 1 study, 1 bedroom, 2 stairs, 2 landings and an in-situ rug. Cleaning was loud, connected to the van on our drive, but very efficient. Furniture was moved or left as requested. The rooms with windows open were dry by 24 hours, in damp weather. The stairs and study took longer as they are more enclosed. We are really pleased with how clean and fresh smelling the carpets are...it has made a big difference to the ambience of our house! Definitely worth it.”

“We were very impressed with the excellent service right through from the first contact with Gemma. We received emails confirming the arrangements. Leigh was extremely professional and helpful. We were so pleased with his work that we asked him to measure all of our carpets and quote to have them all cleaned! We will definitely be recommending Rothwells to our family and friends.”
