“Rothwells is brilliant from start to finish. Very fast response to initial enquiry, competitive pricing, very clear information about how the rugs will be treated and guide turn around times. Clear pick up and delivery advice. Rugs came back in pristine condition looking like new and delivered by a lovely Rothwells person. Definitely my go to carpet / rug / upholstery cleaning choice - a really dedicated personalised service.”

“Finding them on the internet, getting a quote for my two rugs (one Chinese and the other Marino wool), and arranging pick up, was an easy process and the people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. They kept me informed as to what was happening confirming price etc. when the rugs came back they looked like new and cannot praise them enough for what they did and I highly recommend them.”

“We always use Rothwells, a fantastic family run firm. They take great pride in their work. We had 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a footstool to clean. All full of dust, after builders drilled out our floors! Mitchell did a wonderful job - everything looks brand new! Strongly recommend this excellent, professional and caring company. “We had a settee, two armchairs and a footstool cleaned. We have had them for over 13 years and they are a light tan material. The person who came to clean them was excellent, professional and very courteous. We were highly delighted with the outcome and the renewal of our tired-looking furniture. Excellence all the way. “Over five or more years, Rothwell's has never failed to give us tip top service. The carpets which have had many stains look wonderful and much care is taken with our furniture. We give it five stars every time.”
