It was easy to make an appointment with Rothwells, communication was excellent and they arrived on time. It took about 2 hours for 1 lounge, 1 study, 1 bedroom, 2 stairs, 2 landings and an in-situ rug. Cleaning was loud, connected to the van on our drive, but very efficient. Furniture was moved or left as requested. The rooms with windows open were dry by 24 hours, in damp weather. The stairs and study took longer as they are more enclosed. We are really pleased with how clean and fresh smelling the carpets are...it has made a big difference to the ambience of our house! Definitely worth it.
