We purchased a second hand 4m *3m hand woven wool rug, it needed a thorough clean, we researched carpet cleaning companies in our area, we choose Rothwells and have not been disappointed. They collected the rug from the antique shop and delivered back to us within agreed timescales and we were kept advised of any concerns they had as the cleaning process progressed, it had one or two damaged areas that they took extra care with. The rug now looks fabulous , they did a great job and customer service was very good, responsive and helpful. I would recommend and will use again if we need such services in the future.
