Gemma came to brief us and give an estimate. She answered all our questions and explained everything. On the arranged morning Cleaning Technician Graham arrived and after moving the heavy furniture proceeded to thoroughly clean our Axminster. Having originally had it protected by Scotchgard™ we asked for it to be protected again. Graham did a fine job, our only comment on the process is that the carpet, when dry, appeared to be quite sticky/tacky with furniture and footfall not moving easily. This slight problem has now mainly worn off. Overall we are pleased to have clean bright carpets once more. Thank you.
