We have used Rothwell's for year and they have certainly extended the life of our (biege) carpets. Their personal service is always excellent and they go out of their way to accommodate your urgency and timing requirements. Can't recommend them highly enough, and our carpets are looking great. We just had an emergency call out when we spilt Soy Sauce (dark brown) - and it seemed to go everywhere! Gemma was there with the spot-treatment ASAP! Thank you.
