Finding them on the internet, getting a quote for my two rugs (one Chinese and the other Marino wool), and arranging pick up, was an easy process and the people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. They kept me informed as to what was happening confirming price etc. when the rugs came back they looked like new and cannot praise them enough for what they did and I highly recommend them.
