Excellent work by Rothwells, at every stage of the process. Speedy to come and quote; good communication to make arrangements. They explained why one of the carpets had ripples straight after cleaning and that it would all settle back into position - which it did. They kindly left fans to speed the drying process and then collected them a day later. They took care of our possessions and furniture etc. Very professional and friendly.
