Terrible company. Confirmed they received the returned item but then refused to refund in full! Claim I returned an item different than the one I said I was returning. I have only ordered ONE item in my life from them! A Chinese CO. All Chinese online chat room and they cannot understand you. Zero help with chat. No phone number. Thieves in China!!!!!!
