Company is pretty much a fraud. Incorrect billing, non-existent customer service, and bad sizing of items. If I could think of something good to say about them I wouldn't be here typing this. As for the follow up questions you can't communicate with the company, they don't ever respond to inquiries and if they have customer service it's well hidden.
