Customer service was great. I purchased an item and had it sent to an address other than my home address and it didn’t have the house number on it. It got lost. I contacted the post office to have it tracked down, but they couldn’t find it. After getting in touch with Rotita several times, they offered to send me another one. I am so pleased with them for doing this. They went above my expectations. I haven’t received my item yet, but will in a few days. Thank you Rotita!!
