Do not purchase from this company. My order arrived a week after the event I needed the outfits for. They refunded store credit when specifically asked for my money to be returned to me. And there is no way to contact them…only live chat. When you give a bad review …the agent asks why?? And at times it’s like you are speaking to a Bot. All responses seem computer generated. It was my first and last order with this company. Key to great customer service = 1 customer can tell 10 plus people about experience and it can help your company or not. I think everyone can tell how I feel about Rotita. And to top it off the clothes were low quality and cheaply made. Save yourself time and frustration.
