Customer service is a joke. I returned 1 item and after 75 emails and 3 months later I received my replacement. Many of the email strings were not understood by the customer service (what a joke).
Once I had returned the original item they said they couldn't replace it or refund my $ because it had been worn and was dirty. I tried it on in my bedroom saw it was defective and sent it back.
There is no laundry instructions or a label stating what it is made of.
It was a horrible experience. Hopefully I can forget it soon.
