I ordered holiday attire in mid-November. It's Jan. 1 and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed them several times and received no explanation other than to be told it was processed and shipped. They left out the part about it being shipped on a slow boat form China. Shame on me for not researching and realizing that this sham company is in China and is known for lame service and not making good on their stated return policy.
