Exchange process and customer (NO)service chat is a JOKE and liars. I have repeatedly been given FAKE ups tracking numbers and lies about their main branch contacting me within 12 hours. This contact was NEVER made and they DO NOT response to emails. I will never buy from them again a recommend everyone to stay away from them Their products DO NOT display good quality.
