Rotita's swimsuits are great and you can't beat the price. The only problem I ran into was when I received a shirt that was too small (obviously their size chart was inaccurate) When I chatted online with one of their sales associates, I was told to send the shirt back to them and then it would be my responsibility to get in touch with them again to initiate a refund or exchange. Something is truly fishy with that process. I don't want to spend money on shipping the item back only to have them tell me they never received it. I'm just going to keep the shirt and chalk this up to experience. BYW, the deliver was really late but it wasn't Rotita's fault. Shipping companies have been bogged down because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
