I ordered an item and when it arrived even though the,tag showed the correct size, the Jacket was about 5 sizes too small. I tried to return it and they asked if I would just be willing to get a 10% refund and keep the jacket. For what? I can't even get it on! After fighting with customer service and Pay Pal for 3 mknthd, I threw my hands up, but I learned a valuable lesson. If it isn't a well known US based department store or Amazon, I don't care HOW MUCH I like something. I won't be ordering it!
