I have been planning a world trip since May 2015 (it's now August 2015 - we don't fly until Jan 2016) and Geoff at RTW has been a star - every enquiry that I have made has been answered promptly and professionally and with lots of information.
If the flights that we have booked are as good as the service from RTW I'll be more than happy.
