We got a great deal on roundtheworldflights website for a Navigator ticket. Geoff helped us add extra stops for very little extra. When we were travelling we were able to change our dates for free. Small problems in Chiang Mai but that was Silk Air and Simon sorted it out in an hour. Highly recommended.
