Before we planned our RTW trip, we went to London to meet 'our' travel agent personally. All the rest was done by e-mail and phone. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The only hitch was a flight change that meant we had to stay one extra night on a tropical island. Tough life! We would recommend roundtheworldflights without reserve. Happy travelling.
