Good prices,good suggestions.They spent a great deal of effort to get new flights when BA withdrew flights from Manchester to Heathrow on Boxing Day morning.
Just one suggestion which should be simple to do is to create a link for visas Both Hong Kong and New Zealand were simple forms given on the plane or at the airport.I had no idea that Australia required visas from a British passport holder.Maybe my fault but a link once the tickets were purchased would have been welcomed
